OASIS–C has brought the most significant changes to the OASIS instruments since it was first implemented over a decade ago. One significant change is the addition of process measures, which work to improve the quality of patient care and patient outcomes. This course focuses on process measures due to the rising concerns of the home health agencies regarding their implementation and documentation requirements.
