In her previous positions, Kim was in charge of compliance with The Joint Commission standards, CMS Quality Standards, and state DME licensure regulations, as well as ensuring survey readiness. Her duties included inspecting field locations to ensure compliance with all quality and accreditation standards, and training staff regarding state regulations. Kim has also worked for a nonprofit, geriatric corporation providing a continuum of senior care services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, Alzheimer’s care, rehabilitation services, home healthcare, hospice, and private duty home services.

Kim is currently Director of Education and Training for Care2Learn, a provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals. In this position, she is responsible for all clinical content to ensure accuracy and best practices. Kim is also a certified trainer of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders, accredited by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, for Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Hospice.
