Mrs. Hutchinson graduated in 1994 from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles with her degree in Physical Therapy. Her clinical experience includes over thirteen years of practice in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopaedics, industrial medicine, aquatic therapy, wound management, neurological rehabilitation, acute care and pediatrics. She became interested in the specialty of aquatic physical therapy while working with post operative back patients. Following an extensive course of study, she received her certification in aquatic therapy. She established a large scale aquatic therapy program in San Diego and has treated a broad range of conditions through this medium over the years. She became the Clinical Director of San Diego Physical Therapy and Spine Center in 2003, and established a comprehensive aquatic program with an emphasis in orthopaedics. Most recently she began working with pediatric clients and is continuing to study and develop new treatment techniques to maximize outcomes. She resides in Alpine, California with her husband Ron, also a therapist, and their 5-year-old son Gabriel.
