Personal Care Home Administrators shall have at least 24 hours of annual training relating to the job duties. Up to 12 hours of the required 24 hours of annual training may be completed online. The remaining 12 hours must be completed in a classroom setting. Once documented, the training year may not be altered without due cause and prior approval. Administrators may re-take a course but they may not count it toward annual training hours unless 2 years have passed since the course was taken.
