Post Acute Care - Moment of The Month

Care2Learn Client Real Life Story:
A client recently told us that they had a surveyor in their facility and the surveyor asked to see training records for “Resident Rights” and “Advance Directives” right then and there. The surveyor also wanted to see a hard copy of the course content. We realize that each surveyor does things a little differently, but have you had specific requests to produce items like this during a survey? Are you prepared to produce the requested information in a timely manner?

With the Care2Learn online system, requests such as these are easy to produce.
In this case, our client had assigned course P1013- residents Rights: "The Right Thing to Do as an in-service". They were able to run a report of all the staff that had taken the course, the dates of the course completion, and also print out a copy of the course to satisfy the surveyors’ request. Simple, fast and appropriately organized. What a great outcome!
