| Description | This course package meets the training requirements as outlined in Ch. 97.259 of The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) for Administrators and Alternate Administrators appointed prior to 12/1/06 in the state of Texas. This course offers 12 clock hours of training that must be obtained within 12 months of designation and annually per the regulations thereafter.
This package includes the following courses:
- HCSSA Licensing Rules - 4 hours
- Background Investigations & Rights of the Elderly - 1 hour
- Personnel Administration - 2 hours
- Regulatory Compliance in Healthcare Marketing - 1 hour
- Home Care Basics - 2 hours
- End of Life Care: Attitudes, Choices and Diversity - 2 hours
