| Description | It is important for you to take care of yourself. You cannot help others become healthy and strong unless you stay healthy and strong. One way to do that is by protecting yourself from being exposed to infections that cause HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). You can be exposed to agents that cause these diseases while you care for patients. You must know and practice precautions to protect yourself from infection. This course corresponds with F-Tag F441. |
